Here you will find my terms and conditions, terms of use, my workflow, and extra information about my services. By commissioning me, you agree that you have read and understood this entire document.ㅤㅤ✧🕮 Important notes:✦— Character sheets have a different workflow. Please read their specific terms in the corresponding section if you plan to commission one.✦— I've translated this entire text into English with the help of an online translator. ✧General Terms✧
★ I do not draw:
ㅤ✦— NSFW, fetish art, suggestive art.
ㅤㅤ༺ This includes: gore, pastel gore, vore, macro/micro, suggestive outfits, and more. If you have questions about a specific concept, please ask before commissioning.
ㅤ✦— Complex perspectives.
ㅤㅤ༺ Example: very pronounced foreshortening, very unusual angles. If you have questions about certain perspectives, you can ask before commissioning.
ㅤ✦— Real people, including fanart of celebrities or people from your personal life.
ㅤ✦— Other styles. I draw exclusively in my personal style.
ㅤ✦— Muscular characters.
ㅤ✦— Mecha.
ㅤ✦— Feral.
ㅤ✦— Hate art.
ㅤ✦— Commissions will be done in order of request.ㅤ✦— These terms may be updated periodically. The version in effect at the time of your request will apply to your commission.ㅤㅤ✧🕮 Please, when placing an order, include a clear description of the commission you want, character descriptions (personality, outfit, colors, etc.), and visual references (images, moodboards, Toyhouse links, etc.). I do not accept real photos of you or people from your personal life. Anything else you consider necessary is welcome.
✧Payment and Currency✧
ㅤ✦— All prices are in USD (United States Dollars).ㅤ✦— 100% of the payment is required upfront before starting the initial sketch. Partial or installment payments are not accepted.ㅤ✦— I will not start working until I receive payment confirmation (verified proof).ㅤ✦— Accepted payment methods: Paypal, Banco de Venezuela (BDV) (for clients inside Venezuela only).
✧🕮 For Venezuelan clients:
ㅤ✦— The conversion from USD to Bolívars (VES) will be calculated using the official exchange rate published by the Central Bank of Venezuela (BCV) on the date the client initiates the transfer.ㅤ✦— If the exchange rate changes significantly between my quote and your payment, we will use the rate on the day of your transfer (the date you make the transaction).ㅤ✦— Once the transfer is made, send me the receipt or screenshot of the transaction to confirm payment. I will only start working once I receive and verify the receipt.
✧Cancellation and Refunds✧
ㅤ✦— I reserve the right to reject any commission if I am uncomfortable with the request, whether before or during the process. If I cancel the order myself and payment has already been made, you will receive a 100% refund.★ If the client cancels:
ㅤ✦— Before sending the initial sketch: you will receive a 100% refund.
ㅤ✦— After the sketch is approved but before lineart: you will receive a 50% refund (for time invested).
ㅤ✦— Cancellation after lineart or advanced stages: no refund.ㅤ✦— Once the commission is finished and delivered, there are no refunds. If there is an objective error in the final product, I will correct it at no additional cost.
✧Work Process and Revisions✧
✧ The workflow will be as follows:
ㅤ✦— 1. Request:
You send me the description, visual references, and the type of commission you want.ㅤ✦— 2. Confirmation:
I review your request and confirm whether I accept it, along with the final price.ㅤ✦— 3. Payment:
You make the full payment and send me the receipt.ㅤ✦— 4. Initial sketch:
I send you a simple sketch (with a watermark) for approval of composition and pose.ㅤ✦— 5. Remaining process:
I proceed with lineart, color, and/or rendering as agreed. I will send updates and progress previews periodically.ㅤ✦— 6. Final delivery:
I send you the final high-resolution file with my signature included.
✧Corrections✧
ㅤ✦— Sketch: You may request up to three rounds of major changes at no additional cost. You can ask for as many changes as you want within each round. From the fourth round onward, each round will cost $6.ㅤ✦— Lineart: Only minor changes are accepted. If you request a major change at this stage, an extra $6 will be charged per round of changes.ㅤ✦— Advanced stage (color/render): Major changes are not accepted. If you insist on a major change at this stage, an extra $6 will be charged per round of changes in the color phase, and $16 in the render phase.★ What is considered a major change?

ㅤ✦— Position and size of objects
ㅤ✦— Proportion adjustmentsㅤㅤ✧🕮 No charge will be made for changes needed due to my own error or oversight.
✧Delivery Times✧
ㅤ✦— Estimated timeframe: 2 to 6 weeks.ㅤ✦— You will receive progress updates approximately every 6–10 days, or sooner if there are important developments.ㅤ✦— Deadlines may be extended due to school, family, or force majeure situations. I will keep you informed at all times if this happens.
✧Final Delivery✧
ㅤ✦— Format: PNG (transparent or with background, as agreed).ㅤ✦— Delivery method: Email (high-quality attachment).ㅤ✦— Watermark and signature: The final version is delivered without a watermark and will include my signature next to the central figure or in a visible place (in the case of character sheets). During the commission process, all previews will include my watermark.ㅤ✦— My signature cannot be erased or cropped out in any use you make of the image.
✧Usage Rights (for the client)✧
✧ By commissioning me, you acquire the following rights to the final drawing:
★ Personal non-commercial use, including:
ㅤ✦— Icons, banners, and headers for social media.
ㅤ✦— Personal wallpapers.
ㅤ✦— Prints for your private use (for example: framing in your room).
ㅤ✦— Displaying the image on your profiles (with visible credit to me).★ You may publish and use the image on your social media, as long as you credit me as the artist (tagging my account or mentioning my name on that social media platform).✖ You do not have permission to:
ㅤ✦— Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the image.
ㅤ✦— Use the image for commercial purposes (merchandising, YouTube monetization, NFTs, etc.).
ㅤ✦— Erase, hide, or modify my signature.
ㅤ✦— Modify the drawing without my permission (changing colors, adding elements, etc.).
ㅤ✦— Using the drawing to train, feed, or generate content through artificial intelligence (including modifications and derivatives).
✧Artist's Rights (me)✧
ㅤ✦— I retain all copyright to the image.★ I reserve the right to:
ㅤ✦— Use the image in my portfolio (social media, website, galleries).
ㅤ✦— Use the image as an example for future clients.
ㅤ✦— Include the image in compilation posts of my work.
ㅤ✦— Publish the image on my social media.ㅤㅤ✧🕮 If I publish your commission, I will never share your personal information (such as your name) unless you explicitly request to be tagged as the character's owner. If you want me not to publish your commission for privacy reasons, let me know before starting, and I will respect your decision.
✧Character Sheets✧
★ In addition to the aforementioned terms and conditions, for character sheet commissions, the following are added:ㅤ✦— Drawing style:
The drawing will be delivered with a solid, uniform line (no color variation and the same thickness throughout the stroke), flat base color, and no shadows.ㅤ✦— Layers of clothing:
If the character wears more than one layer of clothing, the client will receive separate versions of the sheet, showing each layer individually.★ Delivery timeframe:
Depending on the level you choose for your character sheet, the estimated delivery times change.ㅤ✦— Level 1 (Front and back views + clothing layers): 2 to 3 weeks.ㅤ✦— Level 1+2 (Adds a front bust of the character, accessories, and extra details): 3 to 4 weeks.ㅤ✦— Level 1+2+3 (Adds 5 bust expressions, extra objects, and character information): 4 to 6 weeks.ㅤ✦— Deadlines may be extended due to school, family, or force majeure situations. I will keep you informed at all times if this happens.
✧🕮 Changes and Corrections During the Process
ㅤ✦— Major changes are only accepted during the sketch phase.ㅤ✦— If the client approves the sketch and wishes to continue, any major changes after this phase will have an additional cost of $6 USD per round of changes.★ What is considered a major change?
